1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vapor Training mobile application and vaporathletic.com website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Vapor Athletic ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service content.

5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

The Service provides general fitness and training information for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. You use the training programs and information at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and workout programs — are the exclusive property of Vapor Athletic and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

Any content you submit to the Service (such as profile information) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and store that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the app settings or by emailing support@vaporathletic.com. Deletion requests are reviewed by our team, typically within 1–2 business days.

Once approved, your profile information, workout history, preferences, and all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems. All active sessions will be terminated and you will receive a confirmation email. This action cannot be undone.

You may cancel a pending deletion request by contacting us before it is processed. Your account remains fully functional while a request is under review.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vapor Athletic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vapor Athletic operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
